Delete your account

You can delete your ShapeMorph account and all associated data (progress, high scores, purchased items) at any time, directly from the app.

From the app (instant)

  1. Open ShapeMorph and go to Profile.
  2. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Send a deletion request from the in-app Settings → Support on any device, or ask on our Discord — include the User ID or the email address used to register. Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete all your personal data from our Firebase servers within 30 days.

Warning: deletion is permanent. All N'Joy coins, unlocked skins, and leaderboard rankings will be lost immediately and cannot be recovered.
