Terms of Use

ShapeMorph is distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your license to use the app is governed by the standard terms of the store you downloaded it from:

• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) — for the iOS app.
• Google Play Terms of Service — for the Android app.

The summary below is provided for convenience only; the applicable store agreement above prevails.

Purchases & Subscriptions

• ShapeMorph is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available: N'Joy packs, a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase, and a weekly auto-renewing Premium subscription (no ads + weekly N'Joy).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to your store account.
• Purchases are validated server-side. Restore previous purchases from the in-app Shop.

Virtual Currency & Rewards

• N'Joy is a virtual in-game currency with no cash value. It cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or redeemed for real money or anything of value outside the game.
• Ranked, Challenge and Pro Tournament rewards are paid exclusively in N'Joy.

Fair Play

• All competitive scores are verified server-side. Manipulated sessions, automated play, or exploited scores may be rejected and may lead to removal from leaderboards and tournaments.
